  Can we bring in the allowed items inside of a large ziploc bag, or is that not allowed?

  Proctors won't allow any bags, I would keep everything in the ziploc and then take it out when you're walking into the exam hall. You can keep any of the approved items in your jacket pockets too. Just take it all out and set it on the table prior to getting started. You don't want to be reaching into any pockets during the exam.

  Hi, I am L1 candidate for Dec 2017. Can i answer the MCQ portion with pen or should i use pencils?

  Definitely not with pen, bring pencils.

  Hey, I have a quick question about food.
  If we take our can of Redbull and a sandwich with us, Can we have them in the exam room under our desks ?
  I am going to the London Exam center
  
  I would like to avoid having to throw away some food

  No, you can't bring food in, but in London they have a room to throw your stuff in, so bring a backpack to keep food etc but don't keep any valuables in it.
