@Dreamer123 This is my opinion on the difficulty of the exams L2>L1>L3
Yes, I think L3 is the easiest exam. The trick is the AM, for some reason, people find this difficult. It was not for me. Reason, Practise exam, practise exams, practise exams. Fortunately, CFAI actual exams are available. I did 2010 – 2015 actual exams.
Read the exam guide very well to understand graders thinking.
Start early. So you have truck load of time to practise writing.
The PM is the joker. Also take advantage of the CFAI online topic questions. I did those twice, and my weak areas, I did three times.
In sum, you need to do a shitload of practise, under timed conditions. And you will pretty much be confident like Mo Farrah. Go kick some butts next year!

::@hellomarconi I totally agree with your plan. I had Band 8 in 2013 L2 just after I had passed the Dec 2012 exam.
I finally passed the June 2015 exam and it was a similar plan.
I commenced studying c. November and hit full mocks by January. You need to OD on questions, I did all the questions I could lay my hands on.
CFAI EOC, Schweser EOC, Previous CFAI mocks, Schweser Mocks, Questions on the CFAI site, let practise questions be a drug you are addicted to. It helps to bring everything together.
Strategy wise, I advise you maintain your grasp of the Equity material and improve your on FRA & FI.
My passing strategy was to ensure I was over confident on FRA, Equity, CF, Der, always aiming form >70 in those. Maintain average scores in AI, PM, and FI. I honestly did not mind not getting Eco and Quants.
But for now, you should rest and rejuvenate as you prepare to kick the question writers next year!

How did you find it? #82803::justinturner said:very cool, thank for this blog post. On level 2 now, would have thought it would be more than 15% but good to know that it isn’t.How would you rate the difficulty?
in reply to: Level 3 study material #82801::Agree it would come back to how you study. I have casually started my L3 prep and well, I am using the Schweser vids and notes. I will read curriculum for Ethics and some of the PW material. But I will review the blue boxes and attempt all the CFAI EOC questions.
The curriculum does contain a lot of noise in my opinion.
