Send a mail to info@cfainstitute.org and copy scholarships@cfainstitute.org. They will rectify it. i had the same issue yesterday and my account was reset and i paid yesterday.

Hi, I was registered for CFA Program with the awarded scholarship, and i tried paying with my card but i was unable to do that so, i had to log out and get another card,  i tried logging today to pay but then my scholarship was not reflected at the checkout session when I register the second time, and it showed the original price.

I have reached the CFA institute and my local directorate but my fear is that it will take days before they respond and this will past the deadline 30th june, 2021.

I am so worried about this because i do not know the fastest route to do this.

Hi All, I applied for access scholarship this year and I submitted my application on 24th of june 2020. I understand that we get our results by 1st of December. However, I’m a tad worried because all my friends that applied after I submitted have gotten feedback whereas i am yet to receive any. Do i need to send them a mail to enquire about my status or wait till 1st of December. Thanks
